The service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kausora Technologies Limited, based in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Kolvra provides a desktop workspace, local tools, connected-provider integrations, and optional managed inference. Features marked experimental or unavailable are not promised until released.

Your accounts and work

You are responsible for your account, the repositories and data you use, the instructions you give agents, and reviewing changes before they are applied or published. Connected providers remain subject to their own terms. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass usage, safety, or access controls.

Plans and usage

Paid plans provide managed capacity for the stated billing period. Usage is shown as product percentages rather than internal provider cost. On-Demand is opt-in and bounded by the limit you choose. Boosts and Reset Tickets are capped, tier-stamped, and subject to the expiry shown before purchase.

Payments and cancellation

Prices and renewal terms are shown before checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not normally reverse already supplied service; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Availability and changes

Model, route, and feature availability can change with capacity, provider support, law, security, or product development. We may update the service or these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes when required. If a material change adversely affects a paid subscription, applicable cancellation and consumer rights continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kolvra to violate law, harm others, access systems without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or evade provider restrictions. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Software and licences

Kolvra software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your plan and these terms, you may install and use the released software for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or bypass technical access controls, except where mandatory law permits it.

Kolvra contains third-party open-source software. Required notices remain available on the licences page and in the desktop distribution. Those third-party licence grants are unaffected. Your content remains yours; you grant only the permissions needed to process it at your direction.

Reliability and liability

AI output can be wrong and agent actions can change files or external systems. Use approvals, backups, version control, and human review. Applicable warranties, exclusions, and liability limits remain subject to mandatory law.

Termination

You may stop using Kolvra and cancel a paid plan at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or a serious risk to users or the service, using notice where reasonably possible. Terms that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Abu Dhabi. Courts with jurisdiction in Abu Dhabi may hear a dispute, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights you have under the law where you live.
